Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Grand Prairie, TX to lead a diverse team on a rotating schedule. The role focuses on coaching crew, maintaining high food quality, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the shift.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. The schedule runs 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with a typical 45-hour week and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
