Job summary

Braum's in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience to lead store crew and oversee daily operations of food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

The role focuses on coaching staff, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction, managing inventory and safety, and upholding Braum's policies. Expect a rotating 3-week schedule, around 45 hours weekly, with starting pay $14.50–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
