Sinkula Investments (Franchise) is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Northern KY locations. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive standing, bending, and stooping.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Training, monitoring, and enforcing all food safety procedures.
• Ensuring company and health regulations are followed at all times while maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment.
• Overseeing crew tasks to maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Supporting overall “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy” standards.
• Assigning and monitoring tasks for maximum team productivity.
• Assisting in training and cross-training crew members.
• Protecting company cash, property, products, and equipment.
