Taco Time NW in Issaquah, WA is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee shift operations, staff coordination, and guest service. The role includes directing crewmembers in food prep, service, and safety while coordinating with the shift leader and general manager.

Qualifications

• Six months management experience or similar in a corporate or restaurant setting.
• Ability to lead a team and guide staff during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in food preparation, assembly or packaging by crewmembers.
• Performs shift activities with the shift leader: food handling, directing staff, customer service, cash control, cleanliness.
• Follows training schedules and monitors training effectiveness.
• Participates in staffing by reviewing applications and scheduling interviews; may interview crew.
• Demonstrates menu knowledge and assists with serving orders.
• Enforces workplace safety policies and guides others.
• Communicates performance issues to the general manager.
• Sets shift goals and enforces policies during the shift.
