Taco Time NW is seeking a full-time, on-site Management role in Mount Vernon, WA. The position offers hourly pay between $25.75 and $30.00 with weekly pay and strong benefits for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, interviewing and training staff, maintaining guest service quality, ensuring food safety, and coordinating daily operations. The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of previous management experience in a restaurant or corporate-owned operation.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attentiveness to guests and team members.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and seek quality improvements.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems when needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in cooking, assembling or packaging of food.
• Performs shift activities with the shift leader including customer service and daily cash control.
• Follows training schedules and monitors training effectiveness.
• Assists with staffing by handling applications and scheduling interviews; may perform initial crew interviews.
• Be fully knowledgeable about the menu and communicate it clearly.
• Assist with serving orders and guest needs.
• Coach others on safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate performance issues to the general manager.
• Create and execute shift goals and enforce policies during shift.
