Job summary

Yukon Standup Steakhouse in Redmond, WA is seeking full-time Supervisors to join our opening team. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, plus tips, with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a supervisor, you will lead shifts, deliver exceptional guest service, train teammates, and ensure smooth operations while upholding high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Leadership experience is a plus and helpful for shift supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Help lead shifts and create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates.
• Lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Train and support new team members and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Assist with cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and POS tasks.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
