Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and belonging, guiding the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You will oversee pizza production for diverse styles, promote a positive shift environment, and mentor Squad members to uphold MOD values and standards. MOD emphasizes promotion from within and community-minded hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $18.28 - $18.28 per hour plus tips

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform were everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience were pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
