Position Description
As a Service Leader, you will ensure guest satisfaction by implementing company policies, procedures, and standards, while monitoring compliance to guarantee a quality work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and serve guests properly.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift cards securely.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards for the facility and equipment.
- Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Train employees during shifts for optimal performance.
- Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
- Identify and correct system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with management about operational issues.
- Manage change funds, cash registers, and guest checks to influence sales and profits positively.
Qualifications
- Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service.
- Trustworthy with payment handling and cash register operation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
