Position Description

As a Service Leader, you will ensure guest satisfaction by implementing company policies, procedures, and standards, while monitoring compliance to guarantee a quality work environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet, seat, and serve guests properly.
  2. Resolve guest complaints effectively.
  3. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift cards securely.
  4. Maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards for the facility and equipment.
  5. Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  6. Train employees during shifts for optimal performance.
  7. Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
  8. Identify and correct system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
  9. Communicate with management about operational issues.
  10. Manage change funds, cash registers, and guest checks to influence sales and profits positively.
Qualifications
  • Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service.
  • Trustworthy with payment handling and cash register operation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
  • High mobility and flexibility.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under stress during peak times.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to fit through a 30” wide opening.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
  • Continuous standing and walking.
