Job summary

Nation's Giant Hamburgers in Turlock, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy restaurant shift, ensuring excellent service and high-quality food.

You will oversee cashier, cook, and prep duties, train new staff, manage breaks and timekeeping, and cover the manager’s day off when needed. This is a part-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is Hiring for Shift Supervisor for our Turlock Location!!

As a Restaurant Shift Supervisorat Nation's, you'll be an essential part of a team. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform the following duties:

• Cashier – Provide excellent service with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
• Cook – Prepare fresh, high-quality food items in a timely manner.
• Food Prep – Organize and prep fresh produce to maintain product quality.
• Light Janitorial – Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant to ensure a comfortable dining experience for our customers.

Position Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success.
