Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a Georgia restaurant. You’ll oversee crew schedules, coach team members, and ensure smooth service while upholding McDonald’s standards.

You’ll supervise food safety, maintain cleanliness, manage safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and foster training and development to drive guest satisfaction and performance.
