McAlister’s Deli, part of The Saxton Group, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, both front of house and kitchen. You will lead shifts, uphold hospitality standards, and help manage labor and food costs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of key employee, shift supervisor or hourly management related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run successful shifts in front of house dining and back of house kitchen.
• Build the business through genuine hospitality.
• Supervise labor, food and product orders to control costs.
• Interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Complete all duties assigned by Assistant Managers or the General Manager.
