McAlister’s Deli in Texas is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and support kitchen teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage staff, monitor labor and food costs, coach team members, and uphold our standards of hospitality and safety. Prior supervisory experience in a food-service setting is preferred; must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of key employee, shift supervisor or hourly management experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Run successful shifts in front of house dining and back of house kitchen.
• Build the business through genuine hospitality.
• Monitor labor, food and product orders to control costs.
• Interact with guests to ensure a unique dining experience.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned by management.
