Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leadership role to help manage service flow and direct team members on shifts, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Starting Hourly Rate - $18.00 - $22.00
