Shake Shack in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Restaurant Leader to oversee shift operations, safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. You will guide an hourly team, contribute to hiring, and support purchasing and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop hourly Team Members.
