DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in Williamsville, NY to lead the crew with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will set the example for superb customer service, handle shift responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include subs preparation, register operation, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties. Previous restaurant experience is preferred; leadership and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew during shifts and ensure top customer service.
• Run the register and manage duties such as cleaning and scheduling.
• Train and motivate team members to maintain high standards.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you set the example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, and lead the crew through your shift. For this reason, we look to hire Restaurant Shift Manager with previous restaurant experience who are, fun yet firm when necessary, up-beat, and are leaders that motivate others.

Along with leading the crew, your day to day could include making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties.

• Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holiday's
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectivey with customers and co-workers.
