Job summary

Shake Shack in Houston is seeking a Restaurant Leader to oversee shift operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while guiding a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

You will participate in interviews, support operations, and contribute to an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace with hands-on mentorship and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
