Shake Shack in College Park, MD is seeking a capable operations-focused leader to oversee shift activity, ensure safety, cleanliness and efficiency, and guide a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. You will participate in interviewing and support inventory and purchasing tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates bring at least one year of restaurant leadership and a Food Safety Certification, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.
