Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking Managers In Training to grow into Shift Managers. Open availability is required, with 7:30-4 and 4-11 pm shifts seven days a week. Starting pay is $17/hr plus $2 electronic tips, total $19/hr or more depending on location.

Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for coaching teams across multiple locations in the region. Experience: 1-2 years in fast-casual supervisory dining.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work night AND weekend hours
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• High energy and dedication to customer service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
• Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary
• Must be able to operate a cash register
