Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of restaurant managerial experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Food safety manager certification required, or willingness to obtain one.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and ensure policies are followed and duties are performed.
• Ensure all food safety regulations and company standards are met during shifts.
• Uphold safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform and oversee opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized restaurant throughout the shift.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Train new and existing team members to perform their roles effectively.
• Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Ensure recipes are followed precisely for consistent food quality.
• Coordinate all shift activities to keep operations smooth.
