Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Store 41589 Mt Olive, Mt Olive, NC. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, ensuring YUM Brand standards, and guiding Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills; basic business math knowledge.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift.
