Love’s Travel Stops in Laramie, WY seeks a Restaurant Shift Leader to supervise staff, ensure safe kitchen operations, and drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will assist the General Manager with daily tasks, inventory, and reporting, and coach team members to meet service targets. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; some lifting is required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging orders to meet customer expectations
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and proper maintenance of restaurant equipment
