Pilot Company is seeking a motivated Shift Leader at our Missouri locations to supervise employees and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to PFJ standards. You will respond to customer needs with exemplary service and help keep facilities well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant operations experience, excel in customer service, be comfortable with calculators and computers, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Restaurant operations experience or working knowledge
• Excellent customer service and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and related equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
