Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Houston, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager, who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Shift Manager assists with ensuring that each visit by a customer result in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good communication skills.
• Basic math and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be 18 years or older for manager role.
• Have all documents and permits required by law.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
• Background screening may be conducted as per local laws.
