Job summary

Church’s Chicken Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the restaurant on shift, coach Team Members, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while upholding Cajun Operating Company policies.

You will monitor service, ensure menu items are prepared to standard, manage shift tasks, enforce safety and cash handling procedures, and support opening/closing duties using the Shift Awareness Checklists.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standard.
• Oversee shift tasks and assign duties to team members.
• Assist Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
