Job summary

Hot Head Burritos is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team during each shift. You’ll ensure top-notch burritos, speedy service, and exceptional guest experiences while managing opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling.

You’ll train crew members and cultivate a fun, collaborative culture in a brand-aligned environment. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in fast casual/retail/hospitality supervision, strong communication, and the ability to coach others and set measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in fast casual, retail, or hospitality in a supervisory role.
• Confident communicator and problem-solver.
• Able to coach others and set goals.
