Compensation: $13.25/hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tips!

Summary: As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse preferences and dietary choices, fostering an inclusive experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate store tasks and operational standards
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
• Must be at least 18 years old
