Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure friendly service and quality food in a clean, welcoming environment. You will train and supervise crew, uphold food safety, interact with customers, implement cost controls, and delegate prep and cleaning tasks during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written, math and communication abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18 years or older.
• Must possess all required state and federal documents and permits.
• Flexible work availability and customer-focused attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members during shifts.
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
• Execute cost-control systems to protect margins.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift.
