Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage day-to-day operations in our Rosemont restaurant. You will support the management team, create a welcoming guest experience, and help lead the team during shifts while preparing Panda favorites.

This role requires high school or equivalent, some operations experience and food safety awareness. Expect fast-paced work, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a hands-on approach to coaching teammates and delivering

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• ADA statement outlines physical demands: able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot environments and fast-paced kitchen setting

Responsibilities
