Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and lead the team during each shift in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will help create a welcoming guest environment and assist with store operations, including food preparation for Panda favorites.

This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and a path to grow within a growth-oriented organization.

Qualificações

• Some high school required or preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification.

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop yourself and others on the Panda team.
