Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist service staff by preparing and replenishing service stations with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage inventory levels of service-related items and communicate needs to management for restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support the resolution of customer inquiries or concerns by liaising with appropriate team members.
• Help train new service support staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
