Qualifications

• One year previous restaurant management experience required.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels and determining which staff are assigned to each shift.
• Manage all employees to maintain high employment quality standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees for the restaurant.
• Champion development paths for employee career growth.
• Enforce safety and sanitary practices.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and health inspections.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest count.
