Job summary

A prominent hospitality company is seeking an experienced candidate for a role at the new Margaritaville hotel in Beaufort, North Carolina. The successful applicant will ensure compliance with operational standards, maintain food safety quality, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar position, be able to work a flexible schedule, and have the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training required.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensures compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
