Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for engaging with guests, providing personalized service, and ensuring efficient and seamless operations during your shifts. Your role will be key in creating an atmosphere where guests feel valued, and their expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and offerings.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring that all dining needs are met.
• Greet guests warmly and build rapport through thoughtful conversation and attentive service.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote daily specials, beverages, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and after-dinner options.
• Follow all established service procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Maintain table cleanliness by pre-bussing and resetting tables throughout the dining experience.
• Complete assigned side work (opening, closing, and during shifts) with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Present guests with checks, process payments, and ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with team members, stepping outside of primary duties to assist where needed.
• Train and mentor new servers as requested by management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a professional manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first approach to service.
