DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Restaurant Servers for Violi in Oak Brook, IL. Servers ensure that our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by educating them on our menu offerings, making personalized suggestions, and offering authentic hospitality. Our ideal candidate will have stamina, an outgoing personality, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

1. Nurture an excellent guest experience by interacting with guests in a personable and professional manner
2. Guide guests' experience by making food and beverage recommendations
3. Become well-versed in our menu items to answer questions and make suggestions with a personal touch
4. Stay knowledgeable on all menu items, including seasonal features and deviations, to provide up-to-date information
5. Accurately record and communicate orders to the kitchen/bar, noting dietary needs, allergies, and special requests
6. Process orders and payments accurately, adhering to cash and credit policies
7. Develop an efficient work pace to deliver orders timely
8. Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
9. Comply with sanitation and health regulations
10. Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need To Have

1. 3+ years’ experience as a server in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cuisines, wines, cocktails, and beverages
3. Understanding of health department requirements and responsible alcohol service; Food Handlers and Basset Certification required
4. Strong customer service and communication skills
5. Accuracy and speed in task execution
6. A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
7. Flexibility for various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
8. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
