Location Description:
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/cafe, and in-room dining).

Overview:
McArthur's is named after the resort's architectural inspirations serving New American cuisine with hints of the Sonoran Desert delivering a creative fusion of meticulously sourced ingredients brought from farm to table in a menu of comforting delight.

Duties:
As a Restaurant Server, you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times

This is a part-time position, and you must have availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts vary based on business needs but are typically between the hours of 7am-5pm or 5pm-12am.

The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 7am-11pm on Friday and Saturday.

• Prior Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume environment
• Proactive
• Organized
• Keen eye for detail
• Prior experience in a hotel or resort is a plus
• Food Handlers Card, preferred
• TIPS Certification, preferred
