Job summary

Hyatt Centric Austin is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to support opening of two F&B concepts: The Tradition and HeyDey Social Club. Restaurant Servers deliver exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist with coffee and alcoholic beverages.

This part-time role requires an adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will support multiple areas: The Tradition, HeyDey Social Club, and in-room dining, with a tentative start

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a team spirit.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• TABC and Food handlers’ certifications required.
• Must be able to adhere to hygiene and safety standards as well as maintain cleanliness and organization.

Summary

Hyatt Centric Austin is looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to support in the opening of two exciting new Food and Beverage concepts: The Tradition and HeyDey Social Club.

Restaurant Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers will also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages.

This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including the Tradition: An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, and in room dining.
