Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service, responding promptly and positively to guest needs.
• Accurately take and serve orders, upsell menu items, and follow all health and liquor laws.
• Complete side work such as cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the work area.
• Manage cash and POS transactions responsibly, following company procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet workload demands, attend meetings, and work collaboratively with team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous guest service experience of at least one year preferred.
• Ability to obtain TIPS or CARE certification if not already certified.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
