Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is hiring a Life as a Server at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town. This role focuses on guest service, prompt order taking, and ensuring food quality across our hotel dining operations.

PM shifts with weekends/holidays are required. You’ll join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to grow and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PM shifts including weekends and holidays are required.
• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Be a team player and willing to pitch-in with coworkers.
• Deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly, positive manner.
• Input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.

PM Positions Available

Life as a Server:

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Operate P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving it to guests to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
