Job summary

Bentley Legacy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous, high-quality service to guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments at the table or POS, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area.

Full- and part-time schedules are available. Candidates should be fluent in English, able to stand for extended periods, and possess basic math and computer skills. Prior liquor, wine, or food service training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience a plus.
• English fluency required.
• Certification in liquor, wine and food service a plus.
• Ability to input and access information in computers.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Full- and part-time positions available.
• Willing and able to stand/walk for entire shift if needed.
• Possess basic reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve promptly.
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables courteously and efficiently.
• Collect payments and assist in keeping the area and equipment clean.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Accurately prepare meal checks and process payments using the POS system.
