Ella on the Park in Scottsdale is seeking a Server/Bartender for the PM shift to join a vibrant dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and meals, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience from arrival to payment.

Our ideal candidate has prior server or bartending experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Must have previous Bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work during the PM shifts and weekends if required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions
