Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking friendly Servers to greet guests, take orders, and deliver hospitality with a positive attitude in our grand Rapids venues. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the first welcoming smile to the final farewell.

Responsibilities

• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
• Decisions and solves problems to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitors F&B outlet operations and assists manager with issues
• Keeps workspace clean and organized
• Maintains regular punctual attendance
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality with/without accommodation

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
• Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
