The Server performs guest service in the dining room, bistro, or food service outlet by ensuring all guests are seated at clean, properly set tables, receiving prompt attention, and having their orders prepared and served efficiently. The server cheerfully serves guests, takes food orders, and follows up for satisfaction. Knowledge of all food and beverage items, proper plate presentation, and temperature controls is essential.
