Europa Village offers a unique Wine Country experience with an authentic Old World European theme. Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village features a culinary journey through Spain with tapas-style dishes meant for sharing.

We are seeking a part-time Restaurant Server with a passion for service, an outgoing personality, and strong customer service skills. Fine dining experience is a plus.

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Live and embody Europa Village's core values.
• Greet guests warmly, with eye contact and a smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Have extensive knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell.
• Communicate daily specials effectively.
• Make wine and beer pairings and answer related questions.
• Follow all liquor laws and responsible service policies.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Monitor guest and kitchen needs to manage delays and expedite orders.
• Serve all guests at the same time and assist with tray carrying if needed.
• Clear plates and keep the table tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
