Job Summary

Provide food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering items. Handle tasks in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

This summary outlines primary responsibilities and qualifications. The job may require working varied shifts, including nights and weekends, due to hotel operations.

1. Greet guests warmly and explain specials or promotions.
2. Check station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
3. Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy.
4. Input orders into the POS system and communicate with the kitchen.
5. Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments.
6. Follow liquor laws regarding alcohol service.
7. Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
8. Serve desserts or specialty coffees upon request.
9. Assist bus staff with clearing and resetting tables.
10. Perform side work such as restocking condiments.
11. Maintain cleanliness using hotel-approved products.
12. Present checks promptly.
13. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
14. Follow emergency protocols and report hazards or incidents.
15. Maintain a neat appearance as per standards.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned.
17. Support other restaurant staff as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
