Job summary

Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is seeking outgoing and reliable individuals to join our front of house team. You’ll engage with guests, provide warm hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, reliable, hospitality-driven individuals to join front of house.

• Willingness to train and grow into leadership roles.
• Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and maintain consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Provide accurate, friendly and timely service to guests.
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining dining area cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

Pay Rate: $8 - $30 / Hour (inclusive of estimated tips) + Benefit Package

• Must be willing to complete our structured training program (3 Classroom shifts, 4 Shadowing Shifts)
