Job summary

R S Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused server to provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service in our dining room. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, memorize menu items, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months of experience in food/beverage service, and TIPs certification. Candidates must read, speak, and understand English and be able to lift and stand for extended

• Vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks and operate in dimly lit conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant guests, serving the orders and accommodating special requests.
• Perform opening/closing side-work and restocking duties.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen areas to meet health standards.
• Handle guest checks and payments accurately.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed about products and services.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly with knowledge and courtesy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
