FirstService Residential is seeking a Server to engage with residents for dining programs, including restaurant service, bar operations, catering, and events at our community. The role requires excellent judgment, diplomacy under pressure, and a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
The position involves preparing dining spaces, assisting with wine service, and timely order transmission to kitchen and bar.
Job Overview: Servers are on the forefront of resident interaction with the dining program for the community. From daily operations of the restaurant and bar to catering and special events. This is a position for an individual who routinely exercises good judgment and exceptional problem‑solving skills. As the face of the dining experience, maintaining positivity and diplomacy in a fast‑paced environment is critical while maintaining standards and authentically delivering on our Values and Global Service Standards.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. Compensation: $11.98 per hour plus tips
