Restaurant Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Servers play an important role in guest satisfaction. They represent the hotel to all guests, assist with guest needs, and complete all daily duties and assigned projects following the principles, policies, and standards of Hulsing Hotels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through proper service sequence.
• Service multiple tables and guests efficiently.
• Know all menu ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness in guest interactions.
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of experience as a food and beverage server or related field.
• Previous hotel-related or customer service experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, empathetic, friendly, and proactive.
• Ability to represent the hotel professionally to guests.
