Job summary

The Source Hotel in Denver's RiNo district is seeking a Server for Cimera Rooftop Restaurant. You will deliver guest experiences, support our world-class culinary and hospitality teams, and assist with daily operations to help The Source Hotel stand out as a destination.

Ideal candidates can communicate in English, be a team player, maintain a professional appearance, and have the stamina to stand for long periods with the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Team player and willing to pitch in with duties.
• Able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly per service manual.
• Set up and do sidework as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the POS system where applicable.
• Check food before serving for appearance, temperature and portions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Whether it’s delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting our world‑class culinary and hospitality teams, or ensuring smooth daily operations, you’ll be an essential part of what makes The Source Hotel a standout destination!

What You’ll Do

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set‑up sidework as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch‑in” and help co‑workers with their job duties and be a team player.
