Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff.
  • Engages in friendly conversations using the ACES program, providing personalized service and using guest’s name at least twice during interactions. Greets each guest entering the restaurant.
  • Operates a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amounts, giving correct change, and maintaining financial integrity according to procedures.
  • Keeps designated areas clean and organized, assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and host stand as required, following health and safety standards.
  • Recognizes Diamond and Platinum players and relays that information to ensure appropriate service.
  • Resolves service issues using the service recovery toolbox.
  • Knows and promotes current casino events and programs, providing directions to all casino areas.
  • Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck, and makes it easy for them to return to play.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Previous cashiering experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Availability to work required schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Must meet professional appearance standards per company policy.
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Ability to work quickly in crowded/noisy environments.
  • Accurately and swiftly process cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to reach above and below shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop, twist, stand, and walk for up to four hours.
  • Tolerance to industry-standard cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work in constricted areas, tolerate noise and bright lights.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance per standards.
